With us you can only pay in cash (only in €) or by bank transfer on request. No deposit is required, just pay cash on arrival or on departure. Please note that in case of a bank transfer the amount must be on our account by your arrival. Payment by credit card is unfortunately only possible if you book via Booking.com.

If you book directly with us, it is cheaper! With booking portals we have to pay a proud percentage of commission. We pass this saving on to you if you book directly with us.

We optionally serve an extensive German breakfast in our cozy breakfast room on all days on which Legoland Germany is open (usually from the end of March to the beginning of November). The breakfast time is from 8 am to 10 am. You can book your stay either with breakfast or without breakfast. During the winter months we unfortunately do not offer breakfast. (on all days on which Legoland Germany is closed, usually from the beginning of November to the end of March) Due to the extremely low demand we unfortunately don`t offer gluten-free or lactose-free products.

Yes, you can also book the apartments with breakfast. It is very rare that both apartments are booked with breakfast. Therefore we only have four tables or seating sets in our breakfast room. If we are fully booked and if all rooms and apartments are booked with breakfast, we have to occupy one table twice. In this very rare case you should be a bit flexible, because then we would have to give you the breakfast time (either at 8:00 am or then at about 9:15 am).

You can park your car free of charge directly in our yard on a specially reserved parking space just for you on our private property. There are always enough parking spaces available and a reservation is not necessary. Even if you arrive with 2 cars, there is no problem. Our parking spaces are very spacious (2.83 meters wide, unlimited length), so that there is no parking damage when the doors are opened.

The Pension Gaesteparadies is only a 10-minute walk (approx. 800 meters) from LEGOLAND Germany and is therefore the closest accommodation to LEGOLAND. You can leave your car with us and thus save the high parking fees at the Legoland parking lots.

The Pension Gaesteparadies is 4.8 km away from the market place in Guenzburg. LEGOLAND is also 4.8 km away from the market place in Guenzburg.

A good tip: If you live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, please go to Lidl and buy a pack of Crownfield (similar to Kellogg's Cornflakes). On this box you will find a voucher with which you can get a 50% discount on the day ticket for up to 5 people at the Legoland ticket office (at the entrance). If you would like annual tickets, please contact us. There is also a cheaper option.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms and apartments.

Check-in is from 3 pm to 10 pm and Checkout is until 10 am. To the check-in: You are welcome to arrive at 10 am, park your car with us and pick up your room key. The check-in to your room is bindingly only possible from 3 pm, but often also from 12 or 1 pm (non-binding). If you wish to arrive later than 10 pm, just let us know. In this case we would not welcome you personally, you would have to take your room key from a key safe. To the checkout: Checkout is from 8 am to 10 am. If you have already paid for your stay, you can always leave before 8 am without telling us. The only thing that is important is that you put the room key in the mailbox (outside next to the front door).

You only need to fill in and sign a registration form. If you are travelling from abroad, we also need your passport for a short time.

Yes, there is a refrigerator in all rooms.

Our double beds (king size) are all 1.80 meters wide and 2.00 meters long. The single beds are 0.90 meters wide and 2.00 meters long.

Yes, in our garden there is a cozy outdoor seating area where you are welcome to bring your own drinks.

Yes. Our family rooms are of course also available for single persons or for only 2 persons. You can also book a apartment for just 2 people, so everybody would have a "single room" or a separate bedroom.

With our 3 family rooms and 2 apartments we are a pleasantly small guesthouse, where things are quite familiar and personal, that's what makes us so sympathetic. If you don't like the anonymity, the distance and the coldness in a big hotel, you've come to the right place.

No, unfortunately not. In the whole district of Guenzburg there are only one or two hotels that offer air conditioning. However, we have mosquito nets on all windows, so that you can sleep with open windows without being bothered by insects. There are also roller shutters at all windows, with which one can darken the rooms during the hot summer months, so that the rooms stay a little cooler.

No, unfortunately not. The pool that you may have seen on pictures is unfortunately private. A commercial use would have been too expensive, too complicated and too bureaucratic for our small guesthouse. We ask for your understanding.

Of course the booking of a room or a apartment includes bed linen and towels.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days before your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price will be charged for a booking with breakfast. For a booking without breakfast, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price will be charged. Cancellation free of charge is not possible for bookings within 14 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation the above mentioned cancellation fees will be charged. Please remember to have a travel cancellation insurance if you wish to cover the risk of possible cancellation fees.

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed.

No, smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the whole house. You are welcome to smoke in our garden.
