An apartment is suitable for up to 6 people (6 beds).
An apartment consists of 2 bed rooms (1 four-beds room and 1 double room), a fully equiped
kitchen with a comfortable corner bench and a bathroom with WC, bath tube and a separate
shower cubicle.

Season is on all days that LEGOLAND is open, which is usually from
the beginning of April to the beginning of November, except in July and August and on the
two long weekends Christi Himmelfahrt and Fronleichnam.
In the season our family rooms are only bookable from 2 nights.
If we occasionally have a gap of only one night,
only one overnight stay is possible.

High season is in July and August and on the two long weekends

In the high season our family rooms are only bookable from 2 nights and on
the two long weekends Christi Himmelfahrt and Fronleichnam only from 3 nights.
If we occasionally have a gap of only one night, only one overnight stay is possible.
Extra-charge for adults instead of children: 4,- € per adult, example: price for 1 apartment for
2 adults and 3 children is 163,- €, but 1 apartment for 5 adults is 175,- €.
In case you are planning to be our guests for more than 3 consecutive nights during off-season,
we will grant you a discount. Please ask for our individual offer.
Important information e.g. for workers and assemblers, who are planning „during off-season“ to stay in our guesthouse
for more than 3 consecutive nights and booking for more than 3 persons per room.
Special price: 19,- € per person and per night (without breakfast).
Please note that payment has to be made CASH (no credit cards, no cheques)!
In case you prefer payment by bank transfer, please note that the full amount has to have
arrived on our bank account latest before you check in.
Reservations of rooms or apartments are only valid as soon as you will have received a written
booking confirmation (by e-mail) or a verbal confirmation (by phone).
It is absolutely necessary to give us short notice by phone, in case you will arrive later
than 6.00 p.m. (18.00 h), because we are not be obliged by law to keep your reservation
valid after 6.00 p.m. You just need to give us a short call (or SMS) to let us know that you
are still on your way.
In case you have already mentioned that you will arrive later than 6.00 p.m., when making the
reservation, we nevertheless expect you to call us (or send SMS) between 5.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m.
