All prices are calculated per night and per room (i.e. all persons in the room included) and per apartment, resp., including VAT und final cleaning.

Wi-Fi is available and free in all rooms.

Important information for guests on business trips: You will receive an VAT Invoice!

Price list for 1 familyroom

The rooms are equipped with their own bathroom + WC, refrigerator and television.

Above prices are off-season prices! Off season includes all the days, which are no school holidays in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (except on public holidays and long weekends), and generally from mid-November to mid-March.

During high season there is an extra-charge of 10,- € per room. During high season our rooms can only be booked for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. In single cases, it is also possible to book a single night during this period, please let us know your required arrival date.

Extra-charge for adults instead of children: 4,- € per adult, example: price for one room for 2 adults and 2 children is 88,- €, but one room for 4 adults is 96,- €.

Price list for 1 apartment

An apartment consists of 2 bed rooms (one 4-beds room and one double room), a fully equiped kitchen with comfortable corner bench and a bathroom with WC, bath tube and separate shower cubicle.

In case you are planning to be our guests for more than 3 consecutive nights during off-season, we will grant you a discount. Please ask for our individual offer.

Important information e.g. for workers and assemblers, who are planning to stay in our guesthouse for more than 3 consecutive nights and booking at least 3 persons per room. Special price: 19,- € per person and per night (without breakfast).

One parking space in our garage is 5 € per night (as long as available).

Please note that payment has to be made CASH (no credit cards, no cheques)!

In case you prefer payment by bank transfer, please note that the full amount has to have arrived on our bank account latest before you check in.

It is absolutely necessary to give us short notice by phone, in case you will arrive later than 6.00 p.m. (18.00 h), because we are not be obliged by law to keep your reservation valid after 6.00 p.m. You just need to give us a short call (or SMS) to let us know that you are still on your way.

In case you have already mentioned that you will arrive later than 6.00 p.m., when making the reservation, we nevertheless expect you to call us (or send SMS) between 5.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. to let us know that you are really on your way to our house.
